Indy Recreational Boxing

About Recreational Boxing Often called
"white collar boxing", learn the sport without the hurt!
Boxers are among the world's finest athletes. Not only does boxing teach
self defense, but more importantly it is perhaps the best cardiovascular
exercise a person can get. Boxing instills physical discipline, and as a workout
is unequalled. You will see the results. There is no physical contact required.
Those that choose to spar are required to wear full face headgear protection
(provided by us) and use only large, well padded training gloves.
We have men, women and young adults from age 14 to the mid 60's who take
our classes. They are having the time of their lives. You can too! Call us today
and schedule your first lesson FREE!
This is not a "BoxERcise" class. Train like the pros-
boxing and sparring techniques, conditioning drills, punch bags, ringcraft
exercises and a variety of activities that will build your confidence as it
builds your body. Recreational Boxing is a mental and physical challenge like no
other.
Schedule & Cost We have three classes per week. Our classes are
held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm and Saturday from
